My desire is to enhance an individual’s quality of life through movement and integrative exercise. With a Masters in Exercise Science, I have almost 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. I have worked with a wide range of clients including learning disorders, learning delays, Dyslexia, ADD/ADHD, older adults, stroke, COPD, MS, CP, RA, Parkinson’s, arthritis, and other debilitating injuries and diseases. Integrated exercise therapy is a prescription of physical activity specific to rehabilitation and cognitive goals, such as increased muscle tone, eye/hand coordination, emotional well-being, school improvements, balance, and functional movement. As an Exercise Therapist, my purpose is to use corrective exercise and primal movement patterns to make brain connections and promote muscle memory. My training plans are designed to provide mobility, stability, awareness, control, strength, and power to help each client achieve a long-lasting, positive impact on their quality of life. Training with Trish does not purport to diagnose a client’s medical condition but provides monitored and assisted functional movement exercises that encourage continued recovery and personal fitness improvements.
